This Friday is Classic Rock & Country Night at this popular summer series at Hillside Park in Broadlands. The show starts at 5 p.m. with a high energy, interactive kids show and is followed by two more bands belting out classic rock and country hits. This free community event has food, music, and fun for the whole family.

Live at Lansdowne
Bring your blanket and chairs to the Lansdowne Town Center on Friday night for a night of family entertainment. Enjoy a showing of the movie Ferdinand under the stars. The pre-movie fun starts at 6:30 p.m. so come early to enjoy face painting and a moon bounce before the show.

Child Safety Day
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Child Safety Day is happening this Saturday from 12-4 p.m. at the Village at Leesburg. Come enjoy a moonbounce, DJ, raffles and games at this annual event. Check out the vehicles on display, including Fire and Rescue, Dive Truck & Boat, Crime Scene, and K-9 vehicles, and many more.

Reels on the Ramp
Enjoy a unique movie experience at the National Air and Space Museum’s Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center free outdoor movie this Saturday. The movie, which is Planes this week, will begin at dusk on the airplane ramp; doors will open at 8 p.m. Don’t forget your chairs and blankets.
